How do I return an item?
Return Policy: 30 Days -15% Restocking Fee - If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days, (including all tags, inserts & instructions) for a refund less a 15% Restocking Fee and original shipping charges. IMPORTANT!! All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Before returning an item, please email us for an RMA.To make a return for a refund, please follow these instructions: Include with your return a letter indicating the billing name and address the items were purchased by and send to return address listed below. Return shipping suggestion, ship using a service that provides you with a traceable number. Exchange Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your selection and would like to exchange your watch for another color or another TOCS watch style, please return the item in its original packaging and in unused new condition, (including all tags, inserts & instructions) within 30 days and include a check for $7.95* for return shipping & handling charges,(*for multiple exchanges, include $2.00 per additional watch + $7.95), a letter indicating your name, the address where you would like to receive your new items, and very important, please indicate which items you would like to receive in exchange. If you are exchanging for an item whose purchase price is greater than the item you are returning, you must pay the difference by either check or credit card. If you select an item that cost less than the returned items original purchase price we will refund the difference back to the original purchasing credit card or original method of payment. Please make all checks payable to TOCS Watches, or if you would like to pay with your credit card, please call customer service or send an email with a request to pay by credit card. For security reasons please do not include your credit card information in either your email or in the package. Damaged Items: Please send back damaged item, include all packaging and a note regarding the issue, and whether you would like a repair, exchange or refund, and your information in regard to the order.
